“Pastel blue” is a color palette that is my all-time-favorite. I love the way it appears on everything from paint to wallpaper to furniture and even the cutest of baby dolls. You will see pastel light blue in everything I share in this blog, so I’m including it here in honor of my favorite color.
Pastel light blue is one of those colors that almost never happens to be used in the same room in the same house. It’s one of those colors that I almost always see in the same place from year to year. I can’t think of a single time when I have been in the same room but not looked at the same area.
I often get asked about my color preferences, and because I don’t always do this, I’ve found myself looking at the same thing for the better part of a year, almost always being shocked to see how much I know about pastel light blue color. But like most things in life, you get the best of both worlds, so here goes.
It is a very neutral, subdued shade, which is why I find it so easy to put on, rather than trying to be too much of a colorist. As I said, I almost always see it in the same place from year to year.
This is a very good color to have in a room where every other color looks a little off. It is great for setting a mood, and also because it has a very slight sheen to it. Pastel light blue looks great under natural light, and it also looks quite striking in a room where you are not in front of a window.
I find pastel light blue to be very good in a room where you are not in front of a window and need to be able to have it on a regular basis to be able to use it as part of the mood and also because it is a very neutral color. It also is great for hiding mistakes.
Pastel light blue is very common and is often used to create a neutral color. It is not a very subtle color, so it needs to be bright as well. You can’t use pastel light blue for a dark room if you need to be able to use it in a dark room, because pastel light blue is a neutral color. But you can use it in a light room so that it is a very subtle color and not as obvious that it is there.
Use pastel light blue in your bedroom to create a neutral color.
It can also be used in an office or lounge room to brighten up the room a little bit.
This one is a no-brainer. Pastel light blue is the best color for neutral, dark rooms. Use it on a white background in your office, and it will make the room much brighter and more beautiful. Use it on a black background in your lounge room and it will make it look much darker.
