If my memory serves me right, they have already reached out to other gluten-free folks to ask if they want to participate in the trial. I can’t promise I won’t miss out on the cookies though… so you never know.

My understanding is that they are using coors light water and some sort of a gummy substance to make the cookies. A cookie is just a piece of chocolate, flour, and sugar, with sugar being the main ingredient. The coors light water is basically the same as regular water, just with a little bit of coors light added.
