This is something I have become especially impressed with in recent years. What I mean by this is that I have been able to use more of my daily energy. I find myself less stressed and more aware of my surroundings at night. I have found that even when I am relaxing in the sun, I can still feel a bit of meandering in the middle of the day.
I’ve been noticing this lately myself as well. My brain tends to wander around when I’m on a day off and I’m on the other end of the sun, and I’m not always sure if I’m remembering where I was. It’s nice to know that there is a bit of light left in the sky and that I can actually do something to help my brain remember.
Light is a great way to help your mind remember. Whether it is in a more pleasant environment (like being in camp with a friend), or in your bedroom, when you are in the sun its a great way to remind you how to feel. Light also has a lot of staying power though. It can help you find your way when you need to.
