We have to make a point to find a recipe that makes us smile. A bright, delicious, and well-balanced appetizer to go along with a healthy meal. It is a light, yet filling dish that pairs well with the main course or side.
“Baileys light” is a cooking term for the condiment of oil, vinegar, and bay leaf. It is used a lot in English cuisine. I like the idea of light. A lot of people think of light as being bright or cheerful, but for me it’s more like a light bulb, or a flash of light. It’s a fun one to have around.
Baileys light is one of those recipes that you can take out of context and not really mean much. It’s like a super simple salad dressing, but with a bit of something that may surprise you. You’ll find it in your local grocery store, on the bottom shelf of some grocery stores, or at your local farmer’s market. You can’t really go wrong with it.
I don’t know if you’ve ever had a baileys light thingy, but mine is a bit different. It’s like the type of thing that you might use just to get some Vitamin C when you’re feeling a little low, and you can’t really go wrong with it.
The first time I tried baileys light, I was totally fooled. I didnt understand the reason for the smell, but it tasted really good. Turns out its because of the antioxidants that come from the vinegar and the garlic. These add to the nutrients in the dressing and can cause your body to use it as a natural detox.
Like I mentioned above, baileys light can be used in so many ways. For example, my friend who was allergic to garlic took baileys light and got her life back. She also found she could eat garlic on toast in place of eggs and bacon, and had gained back some weight.
And garlic is a wonderful thing when it comes to boosting your immune system. Studies have shown that garlic is a natural anti-inflammatory.
In the same way that I use a great deal of salt in my cooking, I also take baileys light when I’m trying to cleanse my body. I also take baileys light for my yoga practice.
